The OFFSYSTEM is the Owner Free File System. The Torrents are called OFF-Torrents. As in any local File System, you can seed and download files. All files, which you upload, are cutted into a kind of small pieces, they are called Blocks, which are then stored by p2p-technology into the machines of other users. That is all absolutely safe and secure, you can read in the technology section on the webpage, how the file is splitted and why the Block has no reference to the original file. It is just random data. You can imagine the OFF-Torrents as a very big encrypted distributed hard disk: Upload a file into the OFFSYSTEM in Asia, turn off the computer and download it from the OFFSYSTEM-network with another machine in America a few weeks later. The file will be still available in the OFFSYSTEM. OFF-Torrents are the filesharing of the future.

Why are OFF-Torrents anonymous:
1. They do not need a tracker, the tracker is the http-Url to Localhost.
2. If you download a Torrent or Magnet in Bit-Torrent, then all users leeching the same file, can see each others IP and accuse each other. That is the problem. In OFF-Torrent, no one knows, which Block is loaded why and if or if not it refers to any OFF-Url. So no IP can be related to any Download. The IPs just share random, XORed Data.
3. Even if you have 100 % of all blocks to restore any OFF-Torrent-URl, it is all done on localhost, no one can prove you you restored the file
4. Each block has several meanings, you can restore a linux distro or any movie out of the same block.
