This program is a tool that allows users to interface and program Freescale/Motorolla's 68HC11 and 68HC12/9S12 series microcontrollers in assembly.

Eric Engler's AsmIDE version 3.40:
- Added demo for Dragon12 Rev E
- Added ability to disable Hyperbaud
- Converted help file to CHM for Windows Vista compatibility

Sadly, Eric Engler died. His site that once hosted this software is no longer available. Although a bit buggy, his program was useful and preferred by many. It would be a shame for it to no longer exist.
