A dock of customizable rainmeter icons that can open folders, or run commonly used programs. For example, the eMule GUI, or opening Firefox to the eMule homepage.

You will need Rainmeter to use this dock and it was intended to go along with Dark Rainmeter Mod.

Rainmeter is a frontend for measuring and displaying information about your computer using widgets on the desktop and Dark Rainmeter Mod is a skin that measures and displays certain information in a certain way.
