It is with immense pride that we have unleashed yet another devil upon the world today! January 7th 2010 will be a highly memorable date in Rednex history. Today, Devil's On The Loose – the first single from the upcoming album Saturday Night Beaver (coming later this year) – was made public for the first time.
And it is not just an ordinary release, it is a CRASH BOOM PANG WHAMM release!!! Why?? Because today Rednex became the first established No.1 pop band ever to form a partnership with Pirate Bay (or any filesharing service) to release our music & video for FREE & LEGAL download for everyone in the whole world!
How about that, huh??!! This day (not to talk about the build up to it) has been so intense and exciting that we almost forgot to get hammered in order to celebrate it properly! To quote Joe Cagg:

It is our first release in 18 months and now we are looking forward to a year (or decade rather) of constant touring and partying and making new music and SEEING YOU OUT THERE!!!
During the 15 years Rednex has been around, we have appeared on the most viewed TV-show in Europe (Wetten Dass), we have played in front of 1,5 million people on Brandenburger Tour, we have sold 10 million records, we have played arenas on international sports events for 10's of millions of viewers, we have played in countries that don't even have maps of itself, we have stolen candy from kids but TODAY beats it all...
