Ryzom is an open source, free to play (till level 125) MMORPG which takes place on the planet Atys. Unlike normal planets, Atys is an enormous tree large enough to sustain an atmosphere and multiple ecosystems on its surface and within immense networks of branches and roots. There are four playable races, a very thorough skill, crafting and harvesting system and a real storyline.

This is the Windows client, for which you may also find direct download and torrent links on the official site. For the GNU/Linux version, visit the Official Ryzom Client for GNU/Linux page. All you have to do is to unpack a 7zip archive and then ./ryzom_client
