¡Copiad, malditos!', or 'Copyright, or the right to copy' (English title) is a documentary film about "intellectual property", authors' rights and the situation of culture in Spain in the internet era. The documentary is co-produced by elegant mob films and TVE (Spanish national public TV) and was first broadcast in Spain the 17th April 2011. It is also the first Creative Commons production released by a national television in Spain. In Spanish with hard coded subtitles in English, duration: 58 minutes.
Update: added a widespread copy in Xvid.avi format apparently directly ripped from TV, in Spanish with no subtitles.

You may find links for videos with other codecs and resolutions on the official site, as well as a version with hard coded subtitles in French. The flick has interesting interviews and shows that things are changing in Spain. Released under CC By-Nc.
