eMule Defibrillator is a program that will monitor the windows tasklist for a particular program running, such as eMule. If it cannot find this program running in the tasklist, it will launch it. It then resumes to monitor the tasklist, making sure the program is running. Alternatively, it can be used to schedule a restart of any target process every N hour. This is handy for lowend systems that seems to lose all connection to the outside world, after running surden programs for a long time, such as eMule running on Windows 9x / Windows nt/xp, with little ram, and/or slow harddrives. Also handy for sudden powerouts, and for people that leave eMule running unattended for days.
